Wow sweety. You really did improve. ^^ Don't be so hard on yourself. It's not like you can force yourself to improve. All you can do is keep it up and let time do the rest. You will improve, just don't get worked up that it might not happen as fast as you want.^^
I think you have improved a lot in this one year! ^^ I might still find a lot of mistakes or things you still need to work on a lot, but you are a lot better already! ^^ Like for an example, all your drawings seem kind of edgy. That gives them a really hard look and most of the time you shouldn't give clothes a hard look like that. They ought to look smooth, right? You can get that with more round lines. Do you have any plans of how you are going to work on that? There are a lot of useful tutorials on dA. Maybe you can find something there that'll help you. ^^ And there are also a lot of other ways. Like you could try to use the picture of an artist or a photo that you like and copy that drawing. That might help you understand how some things are drawn. ^^

I know I shouldn't be hard on myself, but I feel like I should have improved more within a year
But I shall practice more on my drawing skills
